Sales Engineer

About the role:
As a Sales Engineer you’ll provide technical assistance to sales teams, providing demonstrations, executing POCs, addressing prospects’ technical questions, and conducting on-site and web-based training.
You’ll also provide first line technical support to RadView’s growing customer list via phone, email and remote tools. Some travel is required but you can definitely work from home. We prefer you be located either in East or Central time zone.
Your responsibilities:
- Execute successful POC and product demonstrations both web-based and on-site
- Work closely with the sales team to customize demonstrations to prospects needs
- Provide pre and post sales technical support via phone, e-mail and remote tools
- Troubleshoot pre and post sales technical issues related to WebLOAD via phone, e-mail and remote tools
- Manage and track support cases in SalesForce
- Provide technical assessment for customers load/stress testing projects
- Proactively interact with customers to ensure continuous customer satisfaction
- Deliver standard services and maintain a high level customer satisfaction by clarifyingcustomer needs and ensuring they are met
- Provide feedback & analysis of competitive products
- Based on customer requests provide recommendations on new product features
- Travel to and attend several trade shows per year
About You:
- 3+ years of experience with load/stress testing tools (or other testing automation)
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Web2.0 technologies (HTTP, AJAX, WebServices, Database protocols)
- Solid hands-on experience in JavaScript
- Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact and communicate with people at operational level
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Professional verbal and telephone communication skills with the ability to maintain ongoing relationships with customers, peers and support partners
- Ability to perform system performances analysis based on load/stress testing results
- Excellent understating of server-client architecture with all its tiers – application, web, Database, Load Balancer servers
