The Team

Eyal served as Director of Sales and as Director of R&D prior to taking on the leadership role at RadView. Previously he worked in R&D and project management roles at SkyBox Security and at Ness Technologies. Eyal holds a B.Sc. in Computer Sciences and Mathematics from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and is pursuing an Executive MBA at Tel Aviv University.

A Certified Public Accountant and an Attorney, Omer joined RadView as CFO in 2013 from Ernst & Young Global, where he managed the accounts of high-tech companies around the world.  Omer holds a B.A. (magna cum laude) in Business Administration & Accounting and an LL.B. (magna cum laude) from The College of Management.

Since 2006, Yam has played a key role in developing new technologies at RadView, leveraging over 15 years’ experience in software design, management and agile methodologies. Before joining RadView, he worked as Development Manager at British Telecom (London) and at Reliance Infocomm (India). Yam holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Open University of Tel Aviv.

With over 25 years of sales experience in the software industry, Brian leads RadView’s corporate sales. Brian has worked in sales and sales management at a number of software companies including Compuware, SoftLanding Systems and NTP Software, and has spent an extensive amount of time in both the private and federal sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Keene State College.

Since 2000, Yossi has held a variety of roles in RadView’s R&D organization. Today, Yossi is responsible for customer success, developing creative solutions that enable customers to handle the testing challenges of unique, customized systems. Prior to RadView, Yossi worked as a Senior Developer at Motorola. Yossi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the Academic College of Tel-Aviv.

Tanya joined RadView in 1994 as one of its first employees and has been with the company ever since. She started as a software engineer has held a variety of roles leading up to her current position as head of the R&D team. Tanya holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from the University of Tel Aviv.
